Steward Healthcare Service Hub Superuser Training

Service Hub is a leading California software developer that has created a very user friendly interpreter request system currently being used in hospital all over the US.  Its system was born out of the trucking industry version of Service Hub, which was used to request on time pickup and delivery in order to coordinate just in time inventory deliveries in the corporate world. Service Hub eventually caught a contract with a Hospital n Georgia and adapted its software to their specific needs for transpoters, interpreters, radiology, physical therapy, phlebotomy, and more. Now in steady growth Service Hub is gaining ground in hospitals all over the US.

Just last week I was fortunate to assit Service Hub's CEO Hans Wynholds in a four day superuser training of Service Hub at the corporate offices of Steward Healthcare.  Just a little over a year ago Steward Health acquired over 9 hospital in New England, most in Massachusetts.

They too began using Service Hub for their interpreters and have since added transporters and in the near future plan on adding other departments that must provide service by visiting patient rooms or clinics within the hospital. Service Hub will be offerring them a third party user feature that will enhance their ability to interact with contractors in their system.

Back to the training.  As an invited consultant involved in the training, I found Steward Interpreters, Managers, and Transporters were not only excited about getting to know the ins and outs of using this fabulous software, they were also eager to impart some of their ideas toward how the software can be further developed toward their particular environments.  Personally, it is my sentiment that the training went super well and Steward managers were pleased with the outcome and satisfaction of their employees.

Hans Wynholds does not pretend to be an expert in healthcare.  He does however understand that the way to succeed in this industry you must provide a product or service that can be adpated to a particular environment.  He is an exceptional listener and looks forward to a long relationship with all of his clients. His system provides the kind of statistical data that managers have used for many years to analyse deptartmental efficiencies and some additional metrics that were requested by many of his customers over the years.

Let me close by stating that Service Hub is the only completely adaptable software of its kind in our industry. In addition to this, CEO Hans Wynholds is a transformational leader who wants nothing more than to satisfy his clients completely.

By the way, the training was a solid success!!
