Northeast Consulting and Interpreting is a newly formed limited liability company operating in the northeast corridor of the United States. We decided that a geographic coverage area of this size was perfect because hospitals in this region vary in size and demographics and actually use of services we provide. We offer consultation services in the use of Service Hub Service Request and Analytics software, professional education in the medical interpreting field, employment laws, small business planning and administration, and medical interpreting services, in person, over the phone, or via video remote, in ASL, Spanish, French, Arabic, and several other languages.
Our consultants hold Masters Degrees in business management, National Certifications, and are experienced in Business Management, Education, Labor Management Relations, and Medical Interpreting. Also, we are certified users and trainers of Service Hub Corp. products. Our Interpreters are both nationally certified and or have completed 60 hours of medical interpreter training.
Small businesses and Non-profits alike are in constant need of consulting services in order to improve their operations. This requires that a business hire a consultant to provide knowledge, advice, and even manage projects. While hospitals are in constant need of developing their medical interpreting staff, and provide training that allows this staff to secure CEU's to maintain certifications. In addition, some hospitals are currently using Service Hub software for their patient services departments. The proficient use of this software requires extensive training in order to generate the reporting results hospitals desire for interpreting progress of all in house services.
